I don't know what a g-pack is, but if I had to guess when you turn it up either there is insufficient power, or insufficient ground (or both) or your interface is feeding back a improper ohm load overloading the factory amp which makes it shut off.
I would get a meter and start checking
if you suspect the interface bypass it and run rca's to the sub inputs from a external media source, increase the input and see if it works stand alone
i'm just guessing I have no idea what you have hooked up or how it is connected, your going to have to troubleshoot it section by section
My bad. Voice text messed that up.. PAC RP5-GM11 is what my double DIN Kenwood is plugged into.. and basically I can play it and it plays perfectly but if I turn the amp gain up it shuts it off like my amps don't go on protector anything it just like cuts it out like the both amp cuts it out and then I have to turn the system off and turn it back on and it plays again perfectly fine I just need to know how I can bypass the Bose amp without having to put another amp in there to bypass that amp if I bypass the amp the Bose amp will sound still come out of my speakers or do I need to get another amp to replace it with

Now the latest posts are about a 2003 with aftermarkets already installed. Back in the old days most forums had rules about not taking over someone's thread and starting your own with whatever your question was. That way in the future when someone is searching the forum it's easy to find the right information.
