I was wondering if anyone is towing with wheels 24 inches or larger and if you experienced any negative effects....understand the added mass of the wheel and the rubber band of a tire is not good but wanted to see if their are any real world experiences as I am thinking about going from a 22 inch wheel to a 24 inch wheel.

Your input is appreciated!

Pretty sure NORCAL tows with 26s on his slammed Escalade.

Not necessarily any added mass just because you have bigger wheels. My 24s weigh 3 pounds less PER CORNER than the stock 22s.

I thought you have an 05 Denali? This is in the '15-up area. Probably not that many running 24-26' s here as opposed to the earlier models. I'm running 26's on my 02 Denali and with my Autoride functioning it tows awesome. I have minimal fender clearance in the rear and the trailer doesn't affect it. I recently made a dump run with 1.5 tons in the trailer and it was fine.

I tow and am running 26s on my 15 yukon xl. I have no issues at all hauling a 26ft trailer/boat.
