Is the judge going to throw out the ticket if you removed it?

If not, just say “no”, pay the fine, and keep trucking.

Don't know if the judge will care about some random persons Tahoe picture..
Maybe find some factory literature about the tint to show him?

RPO code
AJ1 GLASS,DEEP TINT(REAR SIDE WINDOWS AND REAR DOOR WINDOW)

If you have additional tint, and are hoping it will pass as factory, then idk..

According to the lady on the front desk if I take a pic the judge is going to dismiss the ticket.

Here where I live there’s a bunch of people driving without insurance and temporary license plates. Cops don’t go after them cause supposedly they never pay the fines and cops prefer going after the hardworking middle class that needs their license in order to work. That’s what the cop basically told me after a car going like 90mph on a 55 pass us and I told him that he should go after him and then we got into an argument.

the procedure is you have the tint removed and then have a police officer sign off the ticket saying it was removed.
your lucky if the all the judge wants is a picture, the judge sounds like a sucker
otherwise you just pay the fine and just call it par for the course.
anyone can look up a picture of a silver tahoe online I am sure there a LOT of them
*one has to wonder what happens when the judge see's the photo then say's ok did you drive it here today? lets' confirm :nolol:

I haven't heard of them doing this here lately but in the past the court here would observe people coming in for traffic violations either with suspended license or leaving with a suspended license and observe them getting in there vehicle and driving away, then ****** them up for driving on a suspended license as they were leaving the parking lot.
that's a automatic vehicle impound, 6 more months added to the suspension and a pretty hefty fine, plus the towing & storage fee's.
from a "realistic" point of view it just complicates things for people that have no other choice to get back and forth work or to the grocery store, getting kids to school, doctors appointments, etc. it's not like you can ride a horse to do these things anymore, nor ride public transportation either. a taxi or uber, etc is expensive.
a better approach would be a restriction, where you have to have a verifiable reason if you were stopped. which yes they do "sometimes".
anyways mumble over.....
