I started on this fab job the other day, so far coming out pretty good and has only cost me 20$ in parts, total when said and done should be less than 100$. The cheapest grille I could find that was close to what I want was 350$, if this turns out even half as good as I think it will then I feel that it was money and time well spent.

1/8" thick 1" wide steal.

Going for this look on the grille, any thoughts/opinions?

I will most likely paint the mesh black with silver border. Also thinking of adding the bowtie and Tahoe emblems on one of the bottom corners and having those painted white or silver.
She lookin good man. still waiting on the grille. would be a huge facelift and compliment those wheels too

still havnt gotten around to welding it together at all. Other needs than wants that keep coming up with the truck. I just had to replace the fitting for the heater core connections which was a PIA all together. Never catch a break man.

These first two are how it sat w/o the 1.5 rear spacer and the 275.55.20s

How it sits now with 275.60.20s Nittos Terra Grapplers

Also had to trim some with for these tires. They still rub just a bit at certain angles when backing up but not like it was before I did this. One day I'll re do it and make it cleaner but for now this will do.

Yea been putting that off for months now. Not until I was driving behind my Tahoe in another car did I notice how bad it actually looked from far away with the rear sitting a tad bit lower than front. Plus I was getting tired of all the people flashing me thinking my highs were on.
