Lysholm twin screw > magnacharger tvs2300.

Good buy there!

edit... are u running a 4L60? You're gonna blow that beast real soon.

With the efficiency of the TVS now, I think you would be splitting hairs in saying the twin screw is superior.

As far as the 4L60e, never had any issues on my Tahoe running 11psi, never a hitch! But yes, they are a time bomb if you aren't treating them right.

So finally I got around to installing my 1 7/8 ARH Long Tube headers and 3.25" SC pulley.

The headers fit amazing just like I expected coming from ARH. I still have a progressive meth kit from snow performance to install, but like the gains and drive ability of it now. I think I will let it be.

Here are the dyno graphs for before and after the headers & pulley.

Picked up almost 100 ft lbs down low and 60 hp.

Flywheel numbers should be around 516HP and 618 FT LBS. Not to shappy as the only mods are headers and the supercharger. The motor is all stock.
I am also running to factory exhaust still to keep it quite.

Might build a 6.2L for it and see if I can get 650/650 out of it. Already have the short block and heads.

Good numbers! But I think they are slightly exaggerated due to the DynoJet factor.

DynoJet Factor??? I have owned this machine for 7 years now and have seen it actually read lower than Mustang, Superflow, Dyno Dynamics.

SAE is SAE.

I assume that you have never heard of the DynoJet Factor, which applies before any SAE correction. The DynoJet factor is proprietary to DynoJet, and seems to vary depending on HP output level.

Here is a good show of correction factors being somewhat generous on the DynoJet:

Have heard this bs for years. Fact of the matter is with currant software from dynojet it will read generally lower and more accurate than other machines. My 1200 rwhp one mile drag corvette was the first to break 200mph in 06. We used to dyno at the altitude we would run at before racing on several diffrent brands. I always saw that the car read higher numbers on other brands than the dynojet.

I will agree to disagree.

Good looking numbers, sir.

I must not be treating mine right then:burnout: I'm on my 3rd LVL II 4l60e from Performabuilt, not including my stock trans. I had a Performabuilt in one of my 550hp camaros a few yrs ago and it held up perfect, which is why I went with them again. Guess it just isn't good enough for a 5500+lb truck. Going with a built 80 this time.

Thats what im saying.

You will love the 4L80. Did a conversion on a friends 07 Tahoe. It feels so great. Not sure why GM didnt just put it in the first place.

If you have not bought it yet a would highly recommend RPM Transmission. They have always treated me right and stand behind there work.

Thanks for all the comments on the Tahoe build. We kinda got side tracted for a bit. LOL
