When you browse their website you're advertised that they are not shipped oversea.
I guess why. In order to reman old shocks, customer must ship them back to the US and shipping fees must not worth it.
I've seen for some part a core system but shipping cost is as expensive as the core. So instead of sending them back, owner just throw them away.
And soon there's no more piece to reman.

To make a long story short :
- My frist rear pair of bilstein shocks were defective, due to a storage time way too long in a inappropriate position.
- Arnott's send me free of charge another pair of shocks that worked nicely.
