Hey guys,

I haven't got around to taking pictures of my new 96 hoe but I will post went I have a chance. My little one is sick so its been challenging lately. I love my new ride but there are some minor this I need to change just to make driving better, such as headlights brighter and such. I ordered an HID kit to fix that issue but one I am lost with is the rear view mirror. After doing some research I assume I have the auto dim mirror and it is stuck in dim... all the time, never changes it has like a yellowish/gold tint to it and the image it is reflection loos some what polarized/shadowy.

Is there a way to fix it with out replacing the whole mirror, is there a way to disable the auto dim so it acts like a normal mirror? I have tried the off m/c selector on the mirror and it turn the compass on and off on the mirror but doesn't appear to do anything for the auto dim. Any help would be appreciated thanks :)

I think once the mirrors go like that they are toast, you could unplug it but it wont do any good. This happened to my Grand Prix mirror and I had to replace it.
