Two different things.
The device being talk about here takes away the need to push the auto start/stop button if you don’t want that function each time you restart the car
Hitting L and then + 9 or 10 times supposedly disabled AFM/DFM but Inhave not tried this. There is not a tuner box or device available yet for the 21+ SUVs to disable AFM/DFM. There is one for the 21+ trucks but it doesn’t work with the SUVs. Just a matter of time until someone figures out how to get through the the ECM/PCM encryption.
