That's weird. I had great service under their warranty but it was only on the modules in the front that bypass the electronic damping. I believe the problem was due to the fact my catalytic converters were plugged ( I didn't know it at the time) which was causing my exhaust manifolds to overheat and those modules mount at the top of the shocks, right next to the manifolds. They replaced them 3 times in a matter of weeks and eventually explained there must be something overheating them. I didn't believe them so I replaced them with ceramic resistors and then a week later discovered my engine problems that I was having were my cats were plugged. It all made sense then. Maybe it all depends on who helps you out in their warranty department but that shouldn't be the case.I had a bad experience with the "lifetime warranty" from Arnott. I ordered two rear and two front shocks, installed them and still had a leak. I found one of the rear shocks cracked (I'll include a picture). I called them and I was told that I can only return it if it wasn't installed on a vehicle which makes no sense to me because how would you know it was leaking if you didn't install it? I ended up ordering another one.
