These guys seem to know a lot more of what's going on I just seemed to have lots of problems with my module. For some reason I decide to leave it installed in there even though I wasn't using it. After after 6 months it started drawing power when the key was off so I went ahead and removed it completely. I tried two modules when I first installed bypassing the amp and never could get it work. I hope luck treats you better than me!

Be careful turning the plastic adjustments. I just took my D3 out of my 05 Tahoe because the sound quality was horrible. If you turn the Gain up on your axxess module it causes alternator whine to bleed through. And the only way I could get the whine to go away and keep my volume was to put ground loop isolators in. But still sounded scratchy. I installed at Bestbuy and the only module worth buying is the one from PAC. Hope this helps.

yeah that knob feels kinda cheap, but i turned it carefully. havent installed it yet though. Havent had time yet, school and work come first. Just got some DD subs, 1510 and having a box built for them. So we will see how far i go with it.

Speaking of that, any amps anyone can reccomend for the dd subs, model 1510 10's. 2 of them i have. They are 500rms each, but ive heard under rated.

Thanks for you guys help. Kinda new to this bose and actually having a good stereo..so many questions i still have
