Hey everyone I installed a new transmission in my 97 4 door tahoe LT 4wd , and now im getting a good bit of axle wrap , ive called about 3 companies and they say they dont make any for my truck , cheapest ive been finding them are over 300 , skyjacker sells them for 450 , and all the universal ones on jegs/summit racing they say wont fit either , any suggestions?

unknown at this time.
axle wrap is caused by weak springs on over the axle setups. Are you running big tires with a low gear ratio? the wrapping is the least of your issues. pretty soon you will be breaking pinions, or shafts if not fixed.

That does not sound to bad. I would suggest you get new stronger spring instead of pamper the ones you have.

do you know what length traction bars for the tahoes are , i see alot of universal kits out there in 20 , 28 , and 30 inch , but i have no clue , yea my buddy said just to uprgrade my leaf springs and it would be alot cheaper .

those are builder parts.. basically you find a spot on the frame you would like to put them, weld them in.. then find a place on the axle straight back from the mounts you just put and weld the axle mount on... most come with hein joins so you can deviate away from straight..
