So i did all the work on the rear differential and guess what, the problem was not fixed.. So i get home from driving around and it started smoking from the right side.. Now it sounds like its grinding.. Could it have been that it had to much power that it messed up the gears or something? Would i have to do the differential new and if so, Could i go with a regular stock differential? Or should i do different gears..? Also, I notice the rear metal sheets that hold the frame are flat and not bent like they suppose to be to hold up the body or the suspension... Could that caused the problem or what u think?

I will Tomorrow when i open it up in the AM... Got to do this in the cheap side under 500 bucks if fixed... If the differential housing case can be kept and all i have to do is the inside of it, what do yall recommend for me to do so it could hold the upgraded tranny, the engine, and everything... I need to get this thing running if not i would have to sale it said the parents cause they just think i have invested to much in it within a year.. over 7 grand already from new engine, parts, up graded tranny, and everything that im doing now...

This problem started after the tranny was upgraded and a T-case found at a junk yard was replaced since the T-case got locked up on me while driving on the hwy... Ether the person who worked on that did a ****** job or what...

Also, Is their like a rebuild kit i could do to fix the truck if the inside of the pumpkin got mest up that will hold up to the mods i have in the engine and tranny that would come out to be cheaper?
