Can anyone confirm if these are bad o2 sensors?
Coffee p0174 and p0171. Just replaced cats. 247k miles. I believe denso there way to go off they are bad.

I'm at idle revving whenever you see the sensor 1s move a lot

So I originally had 3 codes, P0171, P0174 and somethin for cats. As I drove more and I guess sensors woke up, most of the codes went away and my CEL light is now off. Not sure if I'll pass inspection. I only have P0171 for Bank 2 lean. I bought 2 upstream o2 sensors and waiting to see what happens before i install.

Can't hurt to install them anyway. They're a maintenance item, in my view. Also, the voltages in the video looked normal to me in terms of fluctuation, but I'm not an expert with that area at all.

Could be the sensors' heaters are not up to snu-ff (word police) and don't warm up the sensors quickly. Leaving it to the exhaust heat can take some time.

Bad O2 sensors have their own codes. Not sure of the refresh rate of the app you are using but the movement for all looks normal.

Aftermarket sensors don't play nice with the OE computer system. I recently looked at Denso and Bosch sensors for sale on Rock Auto and they look nothing like the GM sensors. I wouldn't use them.

What's your alcohol content reading? What are the Long Term Fuel Trims?

Still have original sensors installed during video and have denso o2 sensors in a package waiting. I was told denso works well and they get a lot of good reviews. So far, same code still exists for bank 2 lean. I planned to clean throttle body and possibly install o2 sensors

Just an update, when I changed my upstream sensors, I seen the old ones were white. I did get a lot of bank lean codes lately. I believe they were OEM. The denso have more holes. I'll try to post some comparison pics.
