Calling all mechanics!

A couple weeks ago I did a 3/5 drop on my truck. In the front I'm running DJM lower control arms and DJM recommended shocks. After the install I drove about 10miles to get it aligned. They guy told me one of my tires may be out of balance because of some wheel shake. (brand new 295/35-24)

I drove it about 300miles and he was right there was some bad wheel shake but it would come and go.... Now this morning I heard a couple "pops" when making a right or left turn... I pulled into a gas station to look and make sure my tie rods and ball joints weren't gonna come apart... Everything looked good. I'm very concerned what the hell could be going on here.

Any help at all would be huge!! Thanks guys!!!

1) what was the torque on the inner bolts that go thru the poly bushings?

2) what was the torque on the lower a arm balljoints?

1: those are the ones they reccomended about 30lbs right? I remember going 30 and thinking "they should be a lil tighter" and gave just a hair more snug.

2: the castle nut I just gave a good snug by hand to lock the taper in. I didn't reef on it...

So far the noises seem to be passenger side only.... just started making noise today. As soon as I'm off work I'm gonna put it up and investigate.... I just don't get why the wheel shake is there, and then it will virtually disappear. Bottom line something is deff wrong.

What about those stabilizer links? I just ordered new ones from GM and all I did was tighten them until the bolt threads up top just became flush with the upper cap.

If it were mine, I would have a tire shop check the wheels/tires (all four), have them dynamically check the balance with a load. If that checks out, I would start to investigate the upper ball joints, then take a look at the tie rods. How many miles are on the uppers and tie rods?

Now this morning I heard a couple "pops" when making a right or left turn...

I get the same popping noise when parking and when the wheel is cranked one way. This happened after installing the djm arms and I can not pinpoint the problem. My kit was installed over a year and a half now. I just changed the ball joints on the lower arms and the noise is still present :emotions122:
