BB tuning need advice

Cost difference between 87 and 92 (or 93 depending on where you live) probably isn't that bad but it all depends on how many miles you drive. It's mostly psychological. Like why we drive 10 minutes out of our way to save $.05 per gallon.

Where I live, there is a $.20/gallon difference between 87 and 92. I fill up about 3 times per month and buy roughly 20 gallons each time - that's only $12/month to go to 92 octane. Not that bad afterall!

I've had both, granted the high octane was due to forced induction. I think you'll be fine with the 87 if you are just going to daily drive it. My opinion...

It's only money! Honestly, it sounds like a small price to pay for the added benefits.

I hope to do a BB tune some day and I think I just talked myself into it. LOL

That's what it looks like. If it was possible I'd like to drive a vehicle with the 87 octane boost and then drive one with the 93 octane boost and see what the real difference is myself but that's virtually impossible I think.

I have a 91 Tune and i love it.

After reading all this advice I'm going to run the 92 octane tune and I'm ordering my CAI today changing my plugs an cleaning my MAF tomorrow can't wait till June 30
