I got my new wheels installed and went to get the alignment. Turns out all four ball joints were bad. So, we replaced them, and then the alignment was done. Prior to installing the wheels i had a vibration. I assumed it was from the bad ball joints or the alignment. The tires were unevenly worn pretty bad.

Now that it is all done, I am still feeling a pretty mild vibration. All four wheels have been re-balanced (hunter road force balanced). It feels like the whole vehicle is vibrating rather just the front or rear. I am not sure what it might be. I was going to check pinion angle, and drive shaft for a thrown weight. Only other thing I can think of is maybe a u-joint going bad.

Any thoughts?

To recap the suspension upgrade:
Belltech 2-3/4 drop with spacer installed (front Spindle drop) No torsion adjustment.
No shock relocation bracket
Belltech shocks
DJM Harware kit
- rear shorter endlinks
- trailing arm re-locator bracket (realign pinion angle)
cut bumpstop (installed new bumpstop to frame)
20" wheels on Continental 285/50R20

In addition, It feels like it is still bottoming out in the rear on larger bumps. When the vehicle is sitting on the ground, it seems like the springs are compressed too much. Just wish I could get this thing right.

Free travel mod....that is cutting out the bumpstop brackets? I did that.

When they did the alignment they checked the tie rod. He said that was fine, and he was the one to point out the bad ball joints. I did notice the front sway bars links are ready to be replaced, but I don't see how that would cause a vibe.

"Springs are progressive so coools touch." not sure what you are saying here.

I am not sure of the weight. I know one wheel took three new tires before it was right. I tried another set of wheels/tires to see if the vibe went away. No luck.
