Measure the center sleeve on the link. The OEM one will be longer. Then look at how much you need to bring the bar down to be level. When you go to the store buy the energy suspension links that have a shorter sleeve that makes up that difference. Mine was about 1.5 inches shorter.

In theory you would have been able to cut down the sleeve on your original link and use it but the threads to tighten the nut don't go far enough and you would have to stack washers.

Sounds good. I just ordered mine on Ebay after getting the right part numbers, they are indeed inexpensive. I just left the stock ones in place while I waited for the new ones.

i had my eye on the eibach sway

i have been looking for the eibach set and the cheapest i have found is from summitracing.com... now reading through the rest of this thread, i am starting to look into the other brands as well now.

i went the cheap route and replaced f&r bushings and endlinks with MOOG parts instead. WOW!!!! HUGE difference. i could only imagine how much nicer it is with a thicker sway bar.

Check your ball joints and double-check your end links & bushings

Planning to purchase soon. I would need Hellwig 7685 and 7800 according to this thread. I see combo of both for around 400. I'm stock height but plan to get the most modest drop (2/3?) When that time comes, the adjustable hellwig end links wont work? I need to buy another type? If so, most recommended?

Another question, if you had to pick between upgrading shocks/springs (most modest drop or no drop at all) or sway bars, what would you choose? What would make the biggest difference, assuming neither option is bad on the car, just looking to improve. I may be stuck with updating just one and want to get the biggest improvement from the first change.
