Does anyone know if the flex fuel tensioner is any different other than the price?

All I see at RA is the option of the main tensioner that is for gas or flex and the a/c tensioner that is for gas or flex.

Pretty sure they’re all the same. Flex or non flex. I ordered these, but IIRC, my AC Tensioner was incorrect and had to get a different part.. sorry. Not helpful.
