I hit a curb going sideways about 7 months ago when I hit a patch of ice going about 15 mph. It broke a piece of the rim off and I immediately started having trouble with the right rear brake, so I had the wheel replaced and a brake job and didn't think anything of it. About a month later the rear right brake started a "slapping" noise while driving that would go away when braking, so I had the rear brake fixed again. The right rear brake is now doing the "slapping" noise while driving for the 3rd time, so I'm assuming the right side axle shaft is bent. Is it possible that the axle tube is bent too?
