Well, I was doing a pre renovation consult with a client in the older area of town (narrow roads) and a garbage truck apparently decided that I didn't really need my drivers mirror. Hit it just hard enough to make the auto dim fluid drip out, mirror isn't even cracked! :emotions122: It does however have a cool, tripple reflection now...

So.... yeah, now I've got to buy either a new mirror, or new glass. Where is the best place to buy from? This is for a 2000 Suburban, btw.

TIA everyone! :Handshake:

Same thing happened to mine. Went to chevy dealership and they quoted me $400 just for the mirror replacement. Auto dim, heated, and obviously electric. No blinking arrow. Then found "Certifit", Got the entire housing and mirror for $35! Just no Auto dim, so if you can deal with that it's a no brainer IMO!!

I think we've got a winner here! Best part is, the nearest Certifit warehouse is only about 10 minutees away! :rocking:

If you have the mirror like mine with the outer color match "shell??", make sure to keep your old housing so can swap em out.. The one that you get from there only comes in black i believe. They're held on by clips and some goo. Then put some new silicone goo when you put it back on:Handshake:
