Is that a joke? What does it include hahaha
Not a Joke at all. I was so pissed I was yelling NO to the point the sale guy apologized after I came out. Guy wouldn't take no. I broke it all down and it was all junk. oil changes, paint protection which i paid the 699 for already, theft device which I paid for lojack already. Talked to a service manager and GM i know, both said there scams. They don't cover shit. 12K!!! Theft. Working on a major complaint now.

If they legitimately quoted you $12 grand for an extended warranty, that unfortunately means they are getting people to pay that. Likely not all up front either, they probably let them finance it at a ridiculous rate too.

....or they quote it at $12k and then discount it down to $4-5k (on a warranty that may be $1500 elsewhere) and the unsuspecting buyer probably feels good about it

Maybe, although from this guys post it seemed like they weren’t budging from $12k lol

The first words out of my mouth at 12k was ABSOLUTELY NOT! then went to 7995, and I think he ended it with 5995. But it was only two out of like 8 warranty options. He eliminated I think about 6 of them. In order to say NO at 5995, I was literally yelling to the point the sales guy apologized once I walked out.

Would this be only on a new vehicle with almost no miles? Ours is a '19 with 18K miles coming up on the three year mark on the B2B warranty. Would these rates apply?
Very good question. Can someone please provide an answer to this?
