Discount tire matched whatever deal I found online and mounted them for relatively cheap. All in all they treated me really well.

Kauffman will price match too on their website. Discount Tire was nice when I went to them and they were gonna price match but told me they wanted to charge me $10 per tire to put the TPMS in when Kauffman is gonna do it for free 1 month AFTER I already had the wheels mounted. DT also charged about $5 more per tire to mount/balance than Kauffman does.

Always be careful who does it the cheapest may not be the way to go.

Most places dont have techs that have dealt with 24's, or even have the proper equipment to do them. Most places will just tell you the cheap price to get you in the door.

My guys are awesome when it comes to oversized wheels, but they refuse to do them unless I charge extra. Average is $1 per inch of wheel.

Once they are mounted, then you need to get a proper balance. Most shops out there just have your standard balance machines. You really need someone to use a "RoadForce" balancer on the larger wheels to make sure the tires and wheels are matched as close as possible. We charge $25 per wheel for RoadForce balancing.

I bought my 24 inch rims and tires online and Discount Tire did them for me with no problems at all.

Here's what you really should do. Find the local Chevy/Cadillac dealer ask them who they use to mount the aftermarket tires and rims. Almost every dealer I've ever dealt with has aftermarket rims/tires packages. They usually use a local source to mount them. Those are the guys that know what they will be doing and not screw your shit up.

Every time I've had wheel/tire work done in the Seattle area I found that les schwab does the best work and they have hooked me up a couple of times with free service. I just had some balancing and alignment done at 4wheelparts and les schwab corrected what 4wheelparts couldn't and they did it at no charge.

It's too late now but most tires places around here will match whatever deal you find online or at a competitor (that's why I went through 4wheelparts).

Discount Tire for certain. They are the only reputable tire shop in the North Texas area who have the ability to mount 24s... Sears, Firestone, etc. were unable to patch a flat for my 24s on a Sunday while DT was closed. They could not do a rim larger than 20". Not sure about Seattle, though.
