Best way to black out tail lights?

na, that's after. If you want them black black it can be done but that's asking for alot of unwanted attention from police.
I'll show you a pic of how my wifes car was done.

Well I looked up NJ law on lights and it says the light must be seen from 500 feet.

Unwanted attention like they stopped you and gave you ticket? I would think this is a gray area as it would be hard to prove you couldn't see the lights when pressed no?

Na no tickets thanks to my PBA shield, but getting stopped is just as annoying to me ticket or not.

id say take them to a local paint shop an see what they can do for u... a rattle can can get the job done but ive never seen a rattle can look as sharp as using a paint gun.. IMO u can tell ah difference in the sun. it shouldnt be that much $$$ its only a few drops of black an lots of clear as stated above..
