Best Wheel/Tire Setup?

Hi I have a Tahoe on 22s and want something to handle the snow and potholes a little better in the winter, and can go off road in the summer... something like 20" OEM wheels with BFGoodrich A/Ts? What is the best tire size? Thanks!

I am running the cooper at3's in 275 55 20 and I love them I have them on my stock ltz wheels but I plan on upgrading to the fuel mavericks when I get my tax return, I'm very happy with them they are quiet and still have a sporty look but also have an aggressive tread design because I go to the snow a lot they have performed quite well
