Ok So a bit of an update ,DnD hooked me up Got the Rear rebuilt with all said goodies drives like a tank .
The roof rack got some work done to it Expanded metal Laid in for the flooring of the rack , They built a Baja Style Light bar for the roof rack . Im going to get it redone a little I told them the Round tube would look fine but Im not digging it at all , it looked better in my head . Plus Its a little to tall . Im going to keep the same overall design but have it redone in square stock . Along with shorting the bar about 2 inches
Also Got to crank up the front a little so its sits level the AALs haven't settled yet

Ok Update , had the shop Take off that ridiculous Light bar it was WAY to big and with round tubing it looked like crap , They couldn't seem to put what I wanted from paper to solid , I guess if you want something done right you have to do it yourself haha,

This weekend I actually had some time to do some things to the truck so...

- I Painted my Superlift skid plate Red to match the rear axle , not sure how I feel about it yet
-Mounted the Lights stacked with no bar
- Painted the Rack flat black
- Fabbed up a mount for my Hi-Lift jack to mount to the rack
- Cranked up the front 1.5 inches to level it out Finally sitting at 6.5 inches of total lift
-Ripped out the Interior to start restoring it . and fixing some minor issues
- Also need to either order some black carpet or Get vynle for the floor

Hoping to sand and Paint the rest of the Frame the best I can Monday , Jersey salt is no joke .

Before the painted rack , Just leveled

I'd try and do a vinyl floor. Much easier to clean after mudding :Handshake:

They do nothing. Suppose to be a barrier between the roof and panel to keep it snug

Relized I left out A lot of Updates to the truck .

Repainted that red skid plate I did , wasn't feeling it at all

Here were all the parts that went into the 14 bolt axle Rebuild
Detroit Locker, Yukon Gears 4.56 .
Every thing in the Axle was replaced Including brake lines , Blocks, Brakes from top to bottom . The only stock pieces left is the shell of the Axle itself and the Axle shafts. I was going to replace those too but it turns out that OEM shafts are stronger than aftermarket.
new blocks and AAL as well , Should have done the shackle flip to ditch the blocks Oh well Ill do it next year maybe during a SAS

Hi-lift 60 Inch Extreme jack
- Need to pick up the Isolator so the jack doesn't Rattle Like Crazy going down the road. Might pick up a bag for it too
- I Fabbed up some custom Mounts for it to attach on the side of the roof rack . just need paint (been lazy)

Got the Truck looking "Decent" at least Lifted all the way and took some photos . The plastidip is starting to show its age , I still really like the Flat black . Im not sure wether to re dip it CORRECTLY For a much better finish or get it painted . After all it is a trail truck

Unfortunatly this thing never lets my wallet Rest . Torsion bars are Shot , Ordering a set On the 15th , $200 per side?!! I really don't want to invest in a set But I won't be able to do the SAS i want for another year or so . and I NEED TO GET this thing back on the trail

Hoping to make a RC off road Trip late this fall ,
Need New TBs and the front Re-geared before the trip .

Currently got some Super secret plans in work for the old beast .
- Before I toot my own horn Im working to get a rendering done first .
-ARB Front bumper
-Rear Tire Carrier ( My own design Ive gotten pretty good with CAD lately )
- Full EXO Roll cage .

^^ the above Grand total is ... alot but Im hoping my next deployment will pay for the Front bumper and supplies for the Rear bumper . The Exo Cage I'm still designing .
