The only thing I noticed after pulling off the tubing was a piece of silicone hanging off of the plastic where it meets the tb. I don't think it could cause the throttle blade to hit the body like that even if the silicone was hanging down in there (I don't think it was). The ported to 75mm tb from ebay is only $80, I think I may pull the trigger on that.
