If you're doing a lift please just do all suspension and skip the body lift.

what is the budget?
the desired tire size will determine the lift size along with budget.. as yates said.. all suspension or don't bother..

I think you need to sit down and really think about parts availability, cost vs gain. are you doing the work or is someone else. labor isnt cheap and a broke truck that is out of the norm is just as expensive.
IMO: if your going thru the hassle of doing a bigger motor, trans, and maybe tcase, do a sas. while your at it get you a 14 bolt rear. depending how parts are over there, if you do all your own work you should be able to get a sas for in the neighborhood of 2500$ usd. Either of the motors you listed will take a bit of work, again IMO go diesel. If it were me i would take the advice of retorq
