I just changed the evaporator core on my 2003 yukon w/center console. took a good 8 hrs so far. I plan on posting the pictures soon. but i need some quick help. I can't find where to place a a/c sensor onto the air plenum or possibly a duct. It's the furthest one to the passenger side and is on the truck loom, not the air plenum wires.

You ain't kidding!! Cut up hands and a whole weekend gone finally got my a/c blowing cold..saved myself around 500 bucks. Worth it to me, but a pretty difficult job. Mist coming out of the vents when I charged it, allowed me to troubleshoot.

Big time pain!! it was funny, my neighbors kept coming to check it out..every comment scared me. A lot of doubt in their minds when they'd see my truck torn apart. I took my time though, and all went well. B glad to help anyone out.
