Biggest tires

whats the biggest tire I can put on a 2002 Tahoe if I get 3 inch keys in the front and 2 inch spacers in the back? I know 33s will fit but what about 34s or 35s

All depends of offset on the rims and how wide the tires are. My buddy has 275/65/20 on his Tahoe.

Good luck fitting a 35 with that low of offset. I have keys and 1" spacer. 18x10 -24 and 275/65-18 tires so a 32x11 Tire and mine rubs full lock backing out of parking spots.

Oh and I have trimmed a lot of plastic off just to "barely" clear these.

Those ain't fitting unless you cut a lot of bumper and other things lol

If your dead set on 35's, your going to need a 6" lift minimum... Or hack up your fenders... Or never turn. Couple ways to go about it, 1. Full 6" suspension lift or 2. Keys, spacers, and body lift. @liftedtahoe would be a good person to look up as he has two rigs running option 2.

I'm not dead set on 35s. I found a very good deal on 18x10s on 35x12.5r18 but I don't want to get a full suspension lift so I'll go with 33s

I'm running 35's on a stock 17 inch wheel right now with just a set of 2.5 keys.

With 35's and stock offset wheels you encounter more problems from the rear of the vehicle then the front. 3 inch keys and trimming will get you to where you need to be but in the rear they rub on the control arm for the axle because of no offset.

I'm looking into an 1.5 inch spacer. We'll see how bad they make the tires rub in the front but that's my plan for now.

I'm running 275/60/20 (33x11) on stock Sierra 20's and they fit perfectly with no rub on stock suspension. I then leveled the front and put 1.5" spacers on all 4 corners... It now rubs the rear of the fender liners on the front. I could probably pull the liners back and reduce the rubbing or eliminate it, but I say this to point out the fact that 35's and 1.5" spacers are going to rub ******* the front bumper and the rear of the fender liners. Then again, I don't have my adjusters maxed out on the keys either, I've probably got another 1.5" of adjustment, but my angles are pretty good and I can fit my 33's with little rubbing.
