i may not be able to purchase the whole package by or meet the texas get together by that date so I was thinking about getting from maybe efilive unless you can do it in part like them is buy the v2 first and a few weeks later the licenses for tuning. do the scan send it off, get it back and load it and for future tweak things here and there myself by eventually having the whole package. that way i get a good starting point from you and I have the full package to do things later.

If I got a tune what could I expect my MPG to goto?

2008 Tahoe with 5.3 only engine mod is Airaid Jr. and K&N drop in filter.

perhaps i am missing something. it may be a long while before tuning then. i am in Oklahoma city now and this is the closest i have been to you guys so far.

That is the scan only V2. It would be more expensive to buy the scan only, and then upgrade to flash/scan. With the scan, you would only be able to make datalogs, you can't flash to your PCM.

The scan only is $499 and to upgrade it would be $450, so you would spend an extra $50 total.

Depends on your gas octane and quality, but probably 1-2MPGs.

yeah i know. it is just a balancing act in my business. besides i want to get some better diagnostic software to figure out why i lost as much as 6mpg after putting the jantzers ported tb on. it gets better but sometimes and the damn egr emissions monitor will not complete for a few months now. the egr works fine otherwise. really pissing me off. and costing me more money in gas.

You will need to be tuned for the headers. Do you have aftermarket fans? If you have been sitting in extreme heat, yes your fans can crank on high. Yes, we can remove the speed limiter.

So how do ya go about to get a re-tune once I install headers (sometime in Nov.) 2nd charge?? No I have stock fans. You think I should just wait? When are ya coming back to DFW area?

Tune updates are free, but you would probably want to buy a spare module or the AutoCal for ease.
