Looking for Hotels, anyone know where this tune is going to take place?
Justin hasn't chosen his hotel yet. The tunes will start at his hotel. We usually get the timeslots and location out ~2 weeks prior to the meet.

If we come up from San Antonio, we would only come up for Sat. Would we be able to get in that day? We are looking at staying at the embassy suits hotel.

It shouldn't be a problem for Sat, but we can't make any promises. Haley sends out time slot info and it is first come, first serve for time requests. Just make sure you check the email that you sent your deposit from.
