whats everyones thought on BB's autocal.....i dont have the money for it now and have already put down 50 dollars for the Nj meet but i think in the long run itd be better to have so you can tune and update tunes as you mod...

I just got the autocal about a month or so ago. And have nothing but praise and good things to say about it! This had made tuning so much easier, granted you have to data log, but once I received my tunes from Justin (who by the way, is absolutely the man to deal with) it was only a matter of a couple mins start to finish to flash them onto my ECU. actual flashing process takes only about 45sec at best. Funny thing is, after doing my post tune data log for Justin, it came back as my truck running slightly lean. Come to find out, I have a fuel pump on the way out (in the shop as we speak). So this thing has limitless benefits. As well as the code reading function.

One thing about Black Bear also, their customer support is exceptional. Turn around times have been extremely fast, emails back and forth (especially with me asking a million questions) have been quickly responded to. Nothing but A+++ to say about them.

Ah, I am back at 14th, so probably wont. Your gunna love that CAI, gives your truck a mean sound. I've also heard great things about the Vette servos too, got mine ready to go in whenever I get my exhaust and get my truck on a lift..

word! idk if you guys checked but someone mentioned getting a meet together since we alone have 30 ppl...i need to do plugs wires and throttle boddy asap =/!

---------- Post added at 01:14 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:25 AM ----------

PCV is Positive Crankcase Ventilation Link and MAF is Mass Air Flow sensor Link.

The PCV valve is an often overlooked maintenance part. Both the MAF and PCV valve should be checked and cleaned or replaced if necessary at least once a year.

Also, I would never run anything less than 93 octane if you have a 93 octane tune unless it was unavoidable. That being said I have to run 91 when I go home to see my folks but I generally run some octane booster to compensate. If you only have 91 octane than have Justin send you a new file for 91 octane. Your not going to see any benefit from getting a 93 octane tune and running 91 octane fuel.

last question where in the pvc & throttle body on our nbs's?

Yes, that was me.

I threw the idea out, but i haven't gotten much of a response for interest. I'd be happy to set the whole thing up, I was just hoping to see some interest b4 I went through the motions.
