So I am looking at trying to do these wheels and tires, who's good at math @swathdiver any idea what tire height that would give me

Mathematically, 32.10 inches on a nine inch wide wheel. Wheel offset is 11 mm less than standard GM so the wheel will reach 5mm less into the wheel well compared with a GM 22x9 and extend 17mm past the same wheel on the outside. Nice wheels. Those Open Country tires are well thought of too.

okay what about a 325/55r22 ? looking at the pirelli scorpion atr
and that wheel I think comes in a offset of 25 also

That's 36.07 inches tall. The wheel would reach into the well the same distance as a stock GM 22x9 and extend past it about half an inch on the outside. That's a 12.8 inch tire btw.

the shop is recommending a 285/55/r20 or 305/55/r20 I can't find any H rated tires highest I can get is T, I found 1 285/50/R20 H yokahama
stumped, now I don't want to be limited by the tires

cant find any tires that will do what I want so I since I already ordered the control arms I might just put it back to stock height and put on 2" drop shackles on the back to level it out like I did the 03, put some bilsteins on it and maybe some nice wheels and tires and call it a day.

you are looking at all terrain tires, 118 should be decent....in theory

its cali , not the autobahn

plus a few china tires, but i wouldnt trust those at speed


drop down to 50 series & options open up a lot more for H speed for both sizes

It's been thirty some years, but if I remember my schooling right, the speed rating is given to a tire that runs at maximum weight at that given speed for one hour. Makes sense as I used to routinely hit almost 150 mph in my Buicks with S-Rated tires way back then. Never stayed up there for very long, too scary but we did routinely cruise on the highway at 104 mph, which was 0-boost on the gauge for the intercooled motors. Never a problem with those BFG Radial T/As. So that being said, occasional forays into the triple digits shouldn't be a problem. Couple years ago we spent about 2 hours at 80-95 mph getting to my daughter's recital after work and running with the flow of country traffic! No problems then either with the KO2s.

ya, I guess you are right I have exceeded the yukons tires many times lol
I think the closest I am going to get is a toyo open country AT III 295/55r20 120T
