Tire Shine sure does. Ask my wife how she knows!!

I suppose it makes it more slippery than nothing, but it's not "greasy."

You can use whatever you'd like, but I would NOT recommend tire wet on anything but tires. You're going to destroy your plastics.

Just look at any Jeep Wrangler on the road with milky, faded, blue-gray fender flares, and then ask the owner what he used on them.

If your parts haven't already been ruined by Armor-all, then by all means give it a try. Use it on your front air damn piece, on the window trim, on the wiper arms, the steps, the textured mirror pieces... It'll look great, and it won't damage the plastic -- not now, and not after repeated usage.
