Yeah with that one that you have linked on your first post does not require cutting. But to be honest it doesnt look right it buldges out because it goes over that cross bar so you don't cut. I will try to find Hammers thread when he installed that version.

So your saying I would have to cut in order to install the "better" one with no bulge?

Yup. need to cut to make it sit flush and looks so much better. Second one is same exact one I have. To be honest it was very easy to install. only thing you have to do is remove old grills and just dremel straight down the cross bar and then install the other and it mounts up top with same screws as OEM and then double sided tap around bottom and edges.
