I found a really good deal on dl3 mirrors but the passenger mirror only moves left and right can I replace the motor for that?

there's no writeup, but all you do is push the mirror down, then from the top, pull the mirror straight out. Then there will be 4 torque screws to pull out. Seriously shouldn't take fore than 4-5 minutes to swap the motor unless your just being slow/careful.
