Not sure what’s goin on here but the top bulb is out but it still turns on when the blinker is on, but also sometimes it will stay on for awhile like a week or so then it’s back to just one. I’m pretty sure the side light on the other side is just burnt out but that’s a different problem. Any ideas? Also anyone know if I can replace the badge and where I could get it?

the front light "sub-harness" on the yukons are really weird, i have messed with mine quite a bit and have made it do much more weirder things while trying to figure out how to get led's to function correctly. the ground setup is just strange and that's the best way to describe it.
so that being said and as already mentioned you probably just have either a bad bulb or bad bulb/s or some poor metal to bulb contact going on.
I would replace both the outside front markers and both the front blinker/markers with new bulbs, while you have them out clean the metal contacts first before installing the new bulbs.
after that and before reassembling the headlights back in, test all the functions to verify it is all back to normal.
shouldn't cost much for 2 marker bulbs and 2 blinker bulbs
