Since I can remember my top vents have never blown any air. Only air that comes in is through the feet vents. Both the air temp knob and air speed knob work. I just can't choose what vents I want the air to blow through. Any ideas?

Sounds like the actuator door that opens and closes to route the air in the HVAC system is stuck. Not sure exactly where it is locatated, all I know is that it's behind the dash somewhere.
Was thinking the same thing buuuuuuut......went downstairs and took the dash apart. Found out that the metal rod wasn't all the way inside the knob. So the knob would spin but the rod wouldn't. Glad it wasn't the actuator.
