Blower Fans not working...

Due to being disabled, I am unable to get out to the Tahoe to check, but my wife and daughter both told me that neither of the blowers are working. They fiddled with both the knob for the front and the one for the rear, and can't get air to blow.

Vehicle is a 2005 Tahoe with the manual climate control system.

Any help would be great.

Do any of the blower speeds work?

Sometimes the blower resistors go bad and you only have midrange blower with no high and/or low.

It would be strange to have both front and rear blowers go bad at the same time though.

That's what I was thinking. Last week, the high range went out in the front, and now both front and back are out in any speed.

Our vintage trucks are notorious for having blower motor issues. The resistor is easy to swap and is under the dash. Blower motor is above it and someone who is handy can swap it. Link to video on how to do the swap. I carry a spare resistor just in case mine goes as I live in MN and need me defrost. Prices on new front blower motors are about $90 with a limited lifetime warranty.
