Bluetooth calls

2016 Tahoe and having issues with the steering wheel control. I can always use the push to talk button to make outgoing calls. Issue is with ending call. Sometimes the mute/hangup button on the steering wheel doesn’t. I can always hang up from the touchscreen or the phone itself. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot if it happens when I Start the call using the phone, steering wheel button, or touchscreen but seems random when hangup button will work or not. Had the dealer look at it and they couldn’t figure anything out. Anyone else experience this and / or have ideas for a fix? I’m using an iPhone btw.

First thing that I would do is check with the dealer about any software updates...

They looked at it last weekend - I’ll follow up specifically and ask about any software updates. They couldn’t pin point it when it was in.
