Body lift question

When I did the 3" body lift on my Sierra 1500, I had to modify the front brackets by about 1.5" for the HD cap to fit right. Looked badass when done though.

No, all I did was modify the bumper bracket supplied by performance accessories to have a 1.5" lift height compared to the 3".

I did the silverado 1.5" lift kit on my tahoe and have no gap at all between the HD bumper cap and HD grill, very happy with it

I'm curious did you just buy the 1.5" pucks from zone and some longer bolts to use???

So you did not have to raise the front or rear bumper?
