They did put the 6.5 diesel in the half ton trucks back then for a few years but they are very rare nowadays

They did put the 6.5 diesel in the half ton trucks back then for a few years but they are very rare nowadays

My friend's son recently sold an '87 regular cab long bed pickup that had the 6.2 with a 3-speed transmission. Probably costly to rebuild and maintain after so many years.
