Seller is Richmond upholstery. Should be good quality. I’ve heard good things about them.
Yeah Richmond is pretty good, as good as any. I bought their fronts for my Denali and although the DS front developed an issue after 2 years and was out of warranty they replaced both sides for free. Just check when you get them that the parts that are leather on your originals are also leather on the replacements. Mine weren’t originally and they told me it was stated in the description that they were out of one of the colors and would be substituted with vinyl. I was pissed but the new ones are now a type that supposedly wears like leather but time will tell. I heard the Seat Shop is doing the same on some colors so read the fine print and inspect the covers before installing them.

No biggie, but I was at a shop that was putting leather covers on a seat, so I got a puc of that rod I was talking about.20181204_152917.jpg
Hog rings attached to the underside of the cover are holding onto that rod, and that keeps everything in place.

How the hell do you replace the cover? that's the backs correct? The bottoms are nice, they use Velcro in the creases.

Tops are alot harder then the bottoms. Some use velcro, and some use the rods with the hog rings. I've never done a top cover, so I can't comment on that. The pic is fron an upper driver side cushion--wasn't from an nbs/nnbs. It was similar, so I wanted to show you guys.

So I completely forgot I made a build thread lol. I'll just go with most recent. I dont remember what had happened since December but I just did knock sensors and every gasket pretty much involved with that job.

I also picked up a set of 20" Z71s that I traded my 22s for.

Cleaned throttle body and intake manifold. Along with injectors and fuel rail with new o rings. Installed catch can and used a paint marker on the engine cover.

Next up is transmission flush and filter. Then when I get around to taxes I want to replace the leather seats.

I also think I'll do new valve cover gaskets when I do my spark plugs and wires then get some wrinkle red paint for the valve covers.
