last few morning starting Tahoe when been really cold -4 I have no sound. after driving 15 minutes and nice and warm the music starts working. I know amps will shut off with heat but never heard of the cold preventing it. any input or suggestions would be great.

I hope you meant Bose! hahaha Is it just the CD player, is the radio ok in the cold before the hoe warms up? If not then Start looking at connection problems. (loose or pins pushed in a connector)

haha yes bose. they radio cd player xm nothing makes noise. the radio comes on changes stations and everything else just no noise from the speakers. after 15 min of high heat it comes on and works great. only time have the issue is when it's 15 degree or below out and on initial start up

I would start at the back of your radio and check all connections there. If you arent lucky then its a solder joint inside the radio or a pushed pin in one of the connectors.
