OP here. Dealer diagnosed it initially as a wiring harness that was not fully connected. The same error codes keep returning. Most common post fueling, which could be completely coincidental. Vehicle is back at dealer for fourth time with no clear fix.

Warranty, dealer, should diagnose and fix for free?

From the code, seems like a possibility is the repair damaged a wiring harness, neglected to plug in properly, bent a pin, or you actually have failing lifters again...or they blocked an oil passage w/ debris.

Dealer service dept your best bet on this one.
They thought initially it was one of three wiring harnesses. All were checked and one seemed a little loose. Check engine light returned, went away, and has come back. At dealer now again for fourth time.
