Bought 04 Tahoe. Had different third brake light, removed it, how to go back to factory?

This might have been a stupid move on my part but I took off the 3rd brake light which was from an ~05 Escalade. Wrong color, faded, super ugly. This is what is underneath.

I doubt somebody drilled into the glass to mount the bezel, so is this entire rear glass from the Escalade as well?

How can I go back to the original third brake light?

Dont want to be stuck with these holes and whatnot.

Looks like the glass is from an Escalade
You would have to buy a rear glass and light to go back.
Hopefully what you removed is undamaged, have it painted to match and put it back on.
Your vent caps ( top back corners ) are also from an Escalade. Most people seem to like the look of either mod, but mismatched paint rarely looks good

I'd look in the junkyard. I've seen several of these in my local one.
