*update* After tearing the entire truck apart, I got it. There is a weather pack connector UNDER the fuse box in the engine compartment. This plug is right after the wires come out of the fuse box and right before it goes into the main harness. The stupid plug worked its way loose. I had to remove the entire fuse box just to wiggle the stupid plug.
For reference, it is the ONLY weather pack connector under the fuse box.
