Brake light switch question help

I went to replace my stop light switch on my 2011 Suburban LTZ as the cruise control was going off when I hit a bump. Went to rplace the switch and found two broken wires at the plug in harness. Does anone know if I should try and solder this or get a new harness ? I looked around and could not find the harness. It is the harness that plugs into the switch and has 4 tiny wires going into it. thanks in advance for any help.
