I would pull the ABS fuse out and see if it still does it, if not stop spending money on the booster/master cylinder.
If it does persist after the Abs fuse is pulled then start by flushing out the power steering fluid and replacing it with new fluid; you may have some moisture in the power steering fluid that is freezing when it goes through the hydroboost?
