Brand new Denali Ultimate: Second row captain chair not folding

I just bought a ‘23 Yukon Denali XL ultimate and love it… one minor problem is that one of the second row captain’s chairs will not fold. See video:

god those seats are paper thin they can't be comfortable for any kind of road trip.
at any rate take it to the dealer for a fix

They’re actually not bad! Just annoying that they don’t recline.

I edited it,thought it was power.If you can get a look inside a flat screwdriver should be able to release it.Look at the other chair.

you might try sitting in it and try to force the seat back and forth while pulling the handle it could just be stuck or jammed up.
does it make any mechanical sound like it is trying to fold?

Can you pull the release and fold it manually (gently try pushing it forward)? Or hit the power fold button in the cargo area?

Or; wait for it: go back to your dealer and have them fix it…
